Mid-States, a division of Albert Guarnieri & Company, has been serving schools, athletic groups, clubs and organizations in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania for over 15 years. From our own kids selling products to being active participants in organizing fundraising campaigns to finding new and improved products and services for our customers. For Christmas we offer the Kidsmart Holiday Shoppe and for Easter we have candy bar and boxed chocolate fundraisers. Our discount cards are great for sports and athletic organizations.
